These are quite small goose bump lookalike raised areas that are around the areola of your breast. This is certainly not an additional nipple additionally it is not actually a problem. In fact this is considered a possible symptom of pregnancy.

It is believed that these are always present but they do get more easily noticeable during pregnancy (and there are more of them). These secrete oil which keeps the nipples soft as the body prepares for breastfeeding. Studies show that the oil also is made up of an antiseptic that helps keep the nipples clean, and this is the main reason why you shouldn't use soap on or around your nipples - it can dry them out.
Normally there will between 4-28 Montgomery Tubercules present, during the pregnancy term.
