Missed Period
Having a missed period can be one of the more reliable signs that you are pregnant. There have been on occassion a few women who have had their period throughout the term of their pregnancy - this however is quite rare. Some women are likely to experience implantation bleeding however it is often lighter and possibly shorter than what they would experience with their normal period. This is the main reason as to why they are asked for the very first day of their last previous normal period when questioned by their doctor.
